By accessing and using Kestrel Shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Kestrel Shipping provides logistics services including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and related services. Service availability may vary by location.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipping:

• Illegal substances and narcotics
• Weapons and explosives
• Hazardous materials (unless properly declared)
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals (without proper permits)
• Perishable goods (without special arrangements)

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as per international conventions (Warsaw Convention, CMR, Hague-Visby Rules) and our insurance coverage. We recommend additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking unless credit terms have been agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to hold shipments until payment is received.

7. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (14 days for concealed damage). Claims must include supporting documentation including photos and proof of value.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
